At AuroraVista Studios, every order is personalized and made to order. Because each metal print is custom-created from the image and preferences you provide, shipping times include both production time and delivery time.

1. Order processing and production

Once you place your order, we prepare a preview for your review and approval.

Production begins only after you approve the final preview. Before approval, your order is still in the design stage and has not yet entered production.

Please allow 1–3 business days for preview preparation in most cases, although this may vary during busy periods.

After final approval, your order enters production.

2. Estimated delivery times

After final preview approval and production:

  • United Arab Emirates: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

  • International orders: estimated delivery within 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, remote delivery areas, courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping destinations

We currently offer shipping to the destinations available at checkout. If your location is serviceable, you will be able to complete your order using your shipping address during checkout.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping offer, if available, applies only as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Customs duties and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or similar charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

AuroraVista Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

7. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because the shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect, additional reshipping charges may apply.

8. Delivery delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • customs clearance procedures

  • failed delivery attempts

  • carrier disruptions

  • weather, holidays, or force majeure events

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

9. Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or other possible delivery locations.

AuroraVista Studios is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will try to help you investigate the shipment where possible.

10. Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the outer packaging

  • clear photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
